India’s National Education Policy 2020 places Early Childhood Care and Education at the foundation of lifelong learning. AIAI deeply respects this vision and brings it to life through the AIAI Method, an early childhood education model developed through our experience in Japan.
The AIAI Method combines individualized learning and collaborative learning. Individualized learning means that we carefully observe each child’s development, interests, personality, and pace, and provide learning experiences that match each child. Collaborative learning means that children grow with friends and teachers through dialogue, play, cooperation, and shared discovery.
